About Dis-ease

Each part of our physical body represents and indicates mentally where we are experiencing challenges which need to be addressed in order to avoid illness. By being observant we can prevent illness from taking place or at least we can greatly diminish the ramifications of cell damage by treating our Being with tender love and care in a conscious way.

Our physical body is a mirror and indicator of what is less than perfect in our lives, and shows us what behavior and/or condition to change in order to maintain a healthy Being.

Thus, careful observation can help unravel a complicated condition. Consider the following symptoms / states experienced by sick patient:

Inner Child being suppressed (fear) -> results in:

Soul (sadness) -> results in:

Emotional body (crying) -> results in:

Mental body (anger) -> results in:

Physical body (sickness) 

In order for the sickness to be healed, the healing needs to start with the Inner Child, because when the fear disappears, the sadness will also vanish, together with the crying and the anger. Finally the physical ailment will be healed - but this might require both a conventional and a holistic approach, depending upon the severity of the ailment.

A disturbance (due to physical or emotional stress) which is allowed to continue for a long time will eventually create a low energy frequency in the cell area of that disturbance. This results in physical illness.

Our persona is a very fine-tuned instrument, ready to help, guide and show where we need to improve and/or change habits, attitudes and so on. By listening very carefully to our inner feelings (gut feeling) we can keep ourselves health and happy, and furthermore we are taking charge of our own well-being.
